We recommend that all OCHC managers take the time to read the available resources
Match cards and Updating Online system
After each game it is the responsibility of managers to ensure that match cards are filled out correctly, including making sure that all information on the card is written correctly.
Managers are then to log into the fixtures and results part of the HACT website and fill in the relevant details about the match.
See basic instructions below: Or Download a copy of this manual >OCHC_Entering_Results_manual
To access managers login, head to the following link:
Once there you will see a list of all fixtures and results.
Click on the team that you are entering results for.
Select the round
Once you have the correct round selected. Find the match that you are wanting to enter results for, and click on the dark blue drop down arrow on the right side. A drop down menu will appear. Click Enter Results.
You will then be prompted to enter the username and password that you were given at the beginning of the season. If you have any issues logging in, please contact your coordinator immediately
Once you are logged in you will see an interface that looks like this:
You are required to fill out as much information as possible, but in particular, the results, and player stats must be filled out each week. First Enter in the results where required. If there were any injuries or umpire notes from the match, enter them where it says match notes, and then click on the player stats tab.
Here you will be prompted to fill out the players that played in your team. For the first round you will be required to manually enter all your players into the list, by finding them on the left list and then clicking the right arrow. This will move them into the right list, and into your team list. If a player does not appear in the list on the left, it means that they are not registered. You will need to remind them to register ASAP.
For any future rounds, you are able to automatically load players from previous rounds where it says “Copy Players”. Choose the round you want to copy from, and those players will automatically be entered into the list. You may need to manually adjust one or two players that were or weren’t present.
Once you have finished entering your team, click the SAVE button.
If you have any issues with this, please do not hesitate to contact your coordinator.
